Figma-to-Code Design System

You do not need a six-month design-system programme to make progress. Start with one flow, a clear visual direction, and components your team can actually use.

The practical starting point

Teams often do not need a complete design-system transformation. They need one product flow to become clearer, a few reusable decisions to stop drifting, and front-end code that matches the design closely enough for the team to build on.

What the engagement includes

A focused Figma mockup

One agreed flow or product area, with a clear visual direction, responsive states, and enough exploration to make the important interaction decisions visible.

Matching front-end components

A small set of production-oriented components matching the approved direction, with the states and variants needed for the selected flow. The exact framework and component count are agreed before work starts.

A useful handover

Design tokens, component notes, usage examples, and a short list of what should be built next. The handover is designed for your team to continue, not to create dependency on me.

Built for a focused decision

This is for teams that want a usable starting point, not a promise to redesign every screen and automate every handoff. We keep the first scope small enough to review properly and useful enough to carry into the next feature.

Where this comes from

For the Orange Business website, I designed and built pages for a broad B2B offer using a shared Sketch and InVision design system and matching HTML/CSS patterns. This work connects the visual direction to reusable frontend implementation.

What you get out of it

  • A clearer visual direction for one important product flow
  • A small component set shared between Figma and front-end code
  • Documented states and decisions your team can reuse
  • A realistic next step instead of an oversized design-system programme

What it costs

from €3,500

fixed-scope design and code

Sized around one flow, the Figma work, and the agreed component set.

All figures exclude VAT and are invoiced in EUR, company to company, through TARG.DIGITAL SRL.

Is this the right fit?

A good fit if

  • You have one product flow that needs clearer UX and reusable UI decisions
  • You can provide a Figma file, product context, and a technical contact
  • You want design and code to move together on a small, reviewable scope
  • Your team will own the system after handover

Probably not if

  • You need every screen in a large product redesigned at once
  • You need a full brand identity or an open-ended UX research programme
  • You expect a complete component library or automated pipeline in one engagement

How we'd work together

A fixed-scope engagement sized around one product flow, one Figma direction, and a small coded component set. Additional screens, components, framework work, or a larger token pipeline are separate scope.

Questions people ask first

Do we need an existing design system?

No. We can start from an existing Figma file or establish a small set of visual and component decisions for one flow. A full system is outside this first engagement.

Do you work with React, or only Angular?

My documented frontend work includes Angular and TypeScript. For a React or Vue codebase, we would review the repository and agree on the right implementation scope before starting.

How many components are included?

The count depends on the selected flow and is agreed during scoping. The aim is a small, coherent set rather than a library assembled from an arbitrary number.

Can you work with our front-end stack?

Angular is where I am deepest, and I can assess another stack before committing. The framework, repository conventions, and component count are part of the scope conversation.

Does this match what you're facing?

Tell me about your stack and where it hurts. If I'm not the right person for it, I'll say so.
