The work behind the interface
Survey interaction depends on small moments: finding the next step, moving backward without confusion and understanding feedback while completing a questionnaire. My redesign focused on mobile navigation, step transitions and clear completion feedback across responsive survey flows.

Transitions
Moving between questions needed a clear sense of position and explicit controls for continuing or going back.
Completion feedback
The interface work made feedback during survey completion part of the flow, rather than leaving it as an afterthought.
